Fresh & Delicious Cheesecake

M and I are spending our days in Switzerland.We’re living at his family’s house in Unterägeri, enjoying the simple life we’re currently living; no plans, no work and no stress. With all of this time on our hands we decided to make this delicious cheesecake with lemon and raspberry. It’s an easy-to-make, no bake, cake which we made following THIS recipe but with an improvised raspberry-twist.
